On Friday July 29,2016, at approximately 2:30 pm, Security Counselor Patrick Johnson of the inspire Nola Charter School Association Security Department, currently assigned to Edna Karr High School , Located at 3332 Huntlee Dr, in new Orleans Louisiana, 70131,had an occasion to investigate the misplacement of a laptop cart containing multiple laptops. S/C Johnson offers the following report. On Friday July 29,2016 at approximately 12:00pm Mr. Chris Reed a teacher at Edna Karr High school discovered a cart containing multiple laptops next to the trash dumpster. Mr. Reed brought the cart back into the school and reported his findings to head of school Harold Clay.

On October 1, 2003, Dawna Cantrell was arrested and charged with the murder of her husband and two counts of tampering with evidence. Ms. Cantrell’s competency was questioned after evaluation by the defense expert, Dr. Eric Westfried. After subsequent evaluation by the state’s expert, Dr. Edward Siegel, both experts found that Ms. Cantrell had a “persecutory delusional disorder” and that her mental illness precluded her from assisting her attorney in her defense. The trial court found her incompetent to stand trial and ordered a dangerousness evaluation.

ICM met with Mrs. Lampfield at JFK to assist her with her transportation and health goals. Mrs. Lampfield was schedule for an appeals hearing regarding her logisticare bus pass on 11/28/2016, however she missed her scheduled hearing. Mrs Lampfield stated that she missed her appointment because her mail was sent to the wrong address. ICM suggested that Mrs. Lampfield call logisticare in an attempt to get a new hearing date. Mrs. Lampfield informed ICM that she did not want to call logisticare as she did feel confident that she would be able to get the problem resolved and that she would prefer if the ICM called for her.
Kalief Browder, a 16 year old who was arrested for a robbery he did not commit. He spent three years in jail with no conviction. James Brown an impoverished day laborer, charged with murder and waited eight and a half years for his case to go to trial. Meanwhile waiting for his trial, his alibi witness had died of kidney disease. Kalief nor James could afford bail, so they had to suffer in jail for a crime they did not convict.

It is clear by reading Jane Black’s case that she has many issues that could possibly affect her pregnancy, along with her own life.
