Goal #2: Remain still while speaking but still gesture

This is a goal for me because: I believe it’s hard to work on because it’s mostly natural but takes some effort if trying to in everyday conversation

I think this is a valuable component of public speaking because: It keep people focused on you and always moving to constantly have them alert.

Goal #3: Speaking out towards the audience

This is a goal for me because: I believe sometimes I or others might look down when speaking so I want to avoid projecting my voice into the ground and more into the audience.

I think this is a valuable component of public speaking because: This allows you to keep eye contact to some level by being in the right direction so it will come hand in hand. It could be the same as if it were a normal conversation with someone 3 feet away from you and looking right at
