The article “Toronto police chief says civilians failed to help investigation into allege serial killer,” published on February 27, 2018, is about how with the help of the “city’s gay village” the police might have been able to identify the serial killer sooner. The Chief, Mark Saunders, started a two-year investigation called Project Houston for the disappearance for the three men whom are all within the similar age range and have similar physical appearance and all had ties to the village. Also, chief said, they have heard a lot of sources but if those sources had spoken up when we had Project Houston, he believed there would have been a different outcome and would have potentially been able to catch the serial killer earlier.
