Examine a Serial Killers Life. Were They Insane or Responsible for Their Actions?
Throughout the history, authorities have made an effort to identify the serial killers’ life, define the explanation of them and also seek either what lead or encourage them to become a serial killer so that many studies are still conducted for reaching these questions’ answers. Moreover, topic of the serial killer is at all times found interesting by the people, so many films or series have made such as Dexter or Dr. Hannibal Lecter. Additively, thanks to the investigations of The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), serial killers have categorized into 3 different types which are medical, organized and disorganized killers. First of all, needing a more than one offender. Secondly, the cases must include more than two victims. Thirdly, the offense must happen both different time periods and locations. In the final analysis, the cooling-off periods must have that means there are a difference at the time periods between the first killing and the second killing. However, there are many other opinions on the definition of the serial killers that means there is no common consensus. While some people believed that the place should not be a difference, other people rely on that place and the number of the people is very important since they claim that only spree killer kills the more than 2 people at the same place. Nonetheless, sometimes serial killers do the same thing in the nature of the spree killers (Ramsland, 2013). In my point of view, in order to call someone a serial killers, the victims’ number should be more than 2 and the cool off periods is very critical fact, because of the fact that serial killers do not kill more than 2 people at the same time, but there is a plenty of a different approach to the definition of the serial killer so that there is not a highly reliable and valid definition of the serial …show more content…

During the childhood of the serial killer, they do not have a mother or family care due to the fact that being a son of the hooker or they are exposed to rape or sexual exploitation. Because of the getting less care from their parents, they display unwanted aggressive behavior such as kicking the animals or biting their peers and they feel uncomfortable, wary, alone, uncared, ignored from the community.
