Every organization searches the Effective and dynamic quality of leadership. It specifies that its very difficult to delineate the successful leader. The factor which distinguishes the successful organization from one and as well as the unsuccessful is the presence of effective leadership (Hersey et al., 1996). Webster defined a leader as , The person one who guides by going in advance or one who directs as in a direction. According to Gardner the capacity of individuals which may influence others either directly or indirectly. Hersey and others (1996) says the task of any leader involves “the activities and efforts of an individual or a group toward goal achievement is a most effective process of influencing”. The panel of experts identified “it is a belief in the goodness of individuals” which is always have a distinguishing characteristic. More number of the characteristics, which is entirely belongs to the personal traits of servant leaders. But some of the observed personal qualities which may included the empathy, integrity, honesty, selflessness, trustworthiness, compassion, and an attitude of caring. The panel member identified the relational characteristics which includes an “openness to others,” “effective communication,” “collaborative planning,” and “collaborative decision making.” the characteristic of “an ethic of service.” Which was identified by the Three panel members. The positive personal and relational characteristics are most important factor which helps to identifying a servant leader. “an ethic of service” which influences a great leader. Most of the leaders that they may have an intensity or passion for their work. The passion which can be demonstrated by the panelist as (i)“a passion for learning,” (ii)“a sincere desire to make a difference,”
