Sexuality In The 21th Century

In the 21th Century, there was an influx in support of gay rights and fighting equality in the workplace. In the United States there has been great progress for feminist and and gay rights, but society still is a bit resistant about accepting the notion. In my paper, I will focus on how I view gender and sexuality portrayed in todays society.
Previous to the more accepting 21th century, religious customs dictated how we perceived the normal and molded the way society should be run. With that being said, there was a lot of rules people would follow that were out of date. It placed restriction based on race, class, and gender on every living person. Men and women were not equal and they both had different roles in society. An example of this
