In the prologue of his book Salt, Sugar, and Fat, Moss recounts a time when CEOs of processed food giants, including General Mills, Pillsbury, and others, gathered to address the issue that many medical experts were slamming processed food as very unhealthy. Moss uses his word choice to paint former General Mills CEO Stephen Sanger in a very bad light when he writes, “But most often, he said, people bought what they liked, and they liked what tasted good. ‘Don’t talk to me about nutrition,’ [Sanger] reportedly said, taking on the voice of the typical consumer. ‘Talk to me about taste, and if this stuff tastes better, don’t run around trying to sell stuff that doesn’t taste good.’ To react to the critics, Sanger said, would jeopardize the sanctity of the recipes that had made his products so successful.

For my interview, I was put in contact with a regional manager for Town Fair Tire by the name of Jim Fuller. I chose to work with Jim because he too has a degree in Business Administration and much like myself started in an entrée level position and worked his way up through Town Fair Tire to become the North East Regional Manager. I met with Jim on a Saturday at my tavern and talked to him about his career over a pint of Newcastle. My first and pressing question was, why Town Fair Tire? I mean sure, I’m sure it’s nice being the regional manager, but why stay on, was becoming a manager the end goal?
The sentence leading up to where I felt this connection was, “because of a chronic medical condition and I was initially treating my symptoms with the medication I quickly found out that medication was not the answer to relieve my symptoms. The side effects were horrific.” I feel this information peak their interest on how a smoothie help alleviates chronic medical condition. The body language of the audience boosts my confidence at this point in the speech.

Sue also though that throughout her son 's life, he was a gentle, loving person; Eva on the other hand never really liked her son. I think Dylan’s friend, Eric, was more like Kevin in the sense that he was more homicidal than suicidal.

Apart from capturing the audience to keep reading he also misleads his point from the shifting of two different concepts and agreement to one. From the begging of his article he says, "Whatever happened to personal responsibility?". Referring to kids suing McDonalds for making them fat. As he reaches the end of the article he says," Fast food companies are marketing to children a product health Hazards and no warning labels.
James appeared to need coaching at work. He gives the impression to be uninterested and unengaged. Managers had been over heard discussing his lack of organization and discipline at work. James was a very productive and effective employee under a different manger so he could be receptive to coaching. It is very important that the right coaching style be chosen for James.
