There are two types of energy resources; renewable energy and non-renewable energy. Coal, nuclear oil and natural gas are nonrenewable energy resources. These are available in limited supplies. These resources take a long time to be restored. On the other hand, there are five renewable energy resources; solar, wind, water (hydro), biomass and geothermal.
