Pitbulls are aggressive, terrible beasts. Jacob’s mom has been bitten by a pitbull as a child. Pitbulls were bred to fight and attack. Joe’s uncle owned many pitbulls for hunting and some of them were mean. There were two different types of pitbulls, one that was for fighting,that had been bred off of the original. People should not be allowed to own pitbulls because they contribute to 65 percent of deaths among humans attacked by dogs, the ASPCA do not promote owning pitbulls, pitbulls were also bred to be fighting dogs. Pitbulls are a dangerous breed. Pitbulls contribute to over sixty-five percent of all human deaths related to dog attacks. Jacob’s mother does not want to own a pitbull because she is afraid to have the dog go wild and hurt one of her children.People commonly believe that the owners make the pitbulls want to fight, but scientifically it is proven that it is in their genes. …show more content…

A common mistake amongst the public is that when attacked by a pitbull that person is unable to tell whether that dog was a pitbull or not, but you can look at a collective of different dogs and you will be able to properly identify which one is a pitbull. If you get bit by a pitbull it is pretty ignorant to say you don’t know what kind of dog it is, you can be shown different pictures and should be able to pick out what kind of dog it was.These are some reasons why pitbulls are too dangerous/aggressive toown.
