People may be awe-inspiring and exquisite at sports, but what will that matter if they 're not academically excelling? Many middle school and high school students who play sports on their school teams, are often behind on their grades and falling back in classes. They may be strong and superior in the athletic area, however, this will not help students excel in their academics and leading to having an inadequate future ahead of them. Since, these students spend most of their time playing sports and practicing for their upcoming games, they tend to fall behind on their academic excellence. However, if students have to maintain satisfactory grades to participate in sports, these acts will lesson and create a better future for many student athletes. Supporters agree that middle school and high school students should have to meet a grade requirement to participate in sports, however some disagree, stating middle school and high school students should not have to meet a grade requirement to participate in sports.
