Signature Assignment: Reflection on Professionalism: Ensuring Future Success A vital characteristic to ensure future success as a graduate student and in future endeavors is the practice of self-reflection. One can develop a growth mindset and produce better results through self-reflection and feedback. This practice allows one to reflect on personal goals, evaluate areas of strength, recognize challenges, and develop strategies to achieve success. This paper will reflect on what I have learned from each assignment, evaluate my areas of strength, elaborate on my personal challenges, and indicate goals for improvement.
Reflection on Success I have grown as a student and a professional throughout the past eight weeks of graduate school. I recognize several areas that I have strengthened and areas that are still in need of growth. Though this assignment may be viewed as an easier one by some, I found this assignment to be difficult due to the lack of resources and directions. True, this assignment included many resources on developing one's thinking, but it lacked resources on developing a proposal.
