Many people question , what components would affect a person’s success and/or

achievements ; researchers Carol Dweck and Angela Duckworth have found more aspects of

what contributes to the likelihood of success. Articles such as ‘Mindset: The New Psychology of

of physiological reasons why people do better than others; both researcher's came across the idea

Grit is a essential use of skill and stamina . As well as being able to be persistent work .

When it comes to being gritty I can relate . Continuing on the idea of school and academics

,grit is all about how you see yourself , and what you want to achieve , carrying on upon the idea

of wanting to be an overachiever I would be determined to understand a topic I would challenge

myself ,quiz myself , and test myself to my ability of my knowledge and I would work on my

weak points , I wouldn't get agitated with failing as long as I was growing was my focus and

what I looked for , when I took the grit test I received a 6 which was not bad . I have compassion

for learning and being able to build and challenge myself over a period of time to perfect myself
