This means that glands in people 's body affects their stress when they play football. Not only football helps with athletes stress, it also has other health, mental, and social benefits.
First, playing football has health benefits. It gives people an overall workout. With intensity and range in the movements of the game like kicks, twists, turns, and throws, the game helps build long-term fitness and burn fat. The social benefits of football are improves teamwork, playing football will also link to leadership traits, and make good friends by playing football. Improving teamwork activity is a important skill. If teamwork is not applied to the american football game or any other team sport, the team probably will not win. The effects of a player not performing teamwork is: the team will lose, everybody will hate the player, and the coach will not be happy. With teamwork, a team can support a more empowered way of working giving comments to teammates so they can improve and as Michael Jordan states it “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.” Linking leadership traits is also one of the social benefits of playing football. Team sports are breeding grounds for leadership traits because of the team sport. Studies done in high schools show that there is a difference between sports participation and leadership qualities. Lastly, making friends while playing football is one of the main benefits. Making friends is especially important because they help players deal with stress, make better lifestyle choices that keep us strong, and allow us to rebound from health issues and disease more quickly.
