An innovative, creative leader. An advocate for social justice and inclusion. An empathetic and compassionate human to trust. I aspire to wear many different hats in the future; most importantly, I hope to be remembered for my positive contributions to society and for leaving the world a better place than how I found it. As a young adult moving through a rapidly evolving society, I strive to remain relevant, informed, and impactful throughout my lifetime. With the growing advancements in technology and the increased representation of historically discriminated communities, there is an unprecedented opportunity to utilize modern technology for impactful work in social justice. I hope to create and sustain spaces for marginalized communities to speak out and share their lived experiences. My work will utilize inclusive language, an emphasis on intersectionality, and culturally aware approaches toward representation and justice in communications. In my future, I will work to uplift voices that have historically been silenced and excluded.
With the rising costs of tuition, housing, and other essential materials, it has become increasingly challenging to access affordable and quality education.
