A.Regarding Appendix A there are several aspects that I have learned. To be specific, how future employees err when they relate their personal life story and irrelivant information to answer a question (A2). I know that I am most defiantly guilty of that. Also, I was very surprised to learn that the three key points of a very efficient interview was empathy, honesty, and respect (A2). Before reading this in my textbook I would have thought appearance had a very high importance to a successful interview. Last but not least, I had no idea that it was appropriate to ask the interviewer questions regarding how often works got promotions and when the last promotion was given (A4). It seems that if that a individual asked that, it would seem that they did not care about the company only about how they could climb the ladder in the bisnuess world. Though also to follow with something I never considered. I defiantly learned that employers are known to …show more content…
What possibly could you do to fix that slip up (A4)? My second question is if social media is such an easy way for employers to judge the individual appying for the job, is it better to just not have any social media (A1)? What I truly do not understand is that if the inappropiate content is old, then the employer must understand that who an idvidual was at 21 is not who they are now at 30. Yet another question I have is how can we more effiectently cope with axiety (A1). I know in the textbook it suggests making notes and rehearse but evens hours of rehearsing can fail to help when the interview has the individual's future on the line (A3). Last but certainly not least, the final question I have is how elaborate is too elaborate (A3)? In our textbook it states that the individual does not need to tell too much of their personal life story or irrelvant lessons when answering a question
