Introduction
Social Media is an invaluable tool for companies both big and small to reach their users, potential users, employees, and clients. It can be utilized as means of communication, advertising, marketing, and if used successfully can be a platform to help grow a company. Although Social Media is a powerful tool it is absolutely essential that the company use their desired platforms in the most strategic way.
In this paper I will particularly discuss the different fundamentals goals of how the company Spotify use social media strategies in this social media age.

Most likely the company use video and photo post rather than text post on Facebook. Since, spotify is a music base company their customer want to see the video and pictures post. Customer want to engage on listening and watching music. So the company is highly active and effectively showing the quality of their content. So when I refer it to the groundswell is defined by Li and Bernoff as, "a social trend in which people use technologies to get the things they need from each other, rather than from traditional institutions like corporations." Spotify came up with an idea of energizing their customer by mostly use Facebook post for general posts about promotions, contests, events, and funny posts to make their account friendly by their audience; their Facebook page account is used primarily as a sharing information to their followers. Spotify goes to extensive efforts to respond to suggestions, problems, complaints, In Kevan Lee’s “How to Choose the Right Social Network for your Business”, he highlights the importance of using the right social media platforms for your business and what uses they will have. Was the highlighted post. This is a video type message. This message had 8796 likes, 922 comments, 7935 shares. These messages directly motivated to the their followers. Events though this is a video type message spotify followers really like the creation of message, which provided strong feeling of reaction. I think this message gained the most momentum in the shortest amount of time. Each of the post released by Spotify received attention from customers. From the data I have collected, I came to know that an average video and pictures post shared by the company on Facebook gets over three hundred likes and one hundred shares. Therefore, I could say this company actively Engaging with the Community. They exactly follow groundswell principle of Listening, Talking, Energizing, Supporting, and Embracing. They certainly Replicate their success on posts that get more engagement includes posting relevant posts or videos about the company without discussing a particular topic.
