Looking to stream music for free or for a small fee? You may want to try Spotify. Spotify is a music streaming service that gives its users a choice of millions of different songs to listen to from a variety of artists and genres. They offer their users a free or a premium service. The premium service gives the user more features to utilize, but free and premium users have access to the same music. The Spotify help page offers visitors tutorials on how to use the different features the service has to offer. The different discourse communities of the audiences experience much overlap. Members of every audience could be millennials or nonmillennials that are familiar or unfamiliar with the terminology used on the Spotify help webpage. The discourse community differs based on how familiar they are with the terminology used. The potential users and the current users that are familiar with the terminology used on the webpage would most value the information about the different features that Spotify offers. The potential or current users that are not very familiar with the terminology used will be interested most in the videos and tutorials that allow them to learn about the information presented at their own pace. The Spotify employees are mostly interested in how the information is received, so they will want to read comments and emails that tell them about the visitors’ experience.
