Introduction

The term Health food has been used since the 1920’s. Today you can find health food anywhere; there are apps, websites, and news articles that promote a healthy lifestyle. According to the Wall Street Journal "The good news is we're getting healthier, the bad news is, we're poorer, (WSJ)”. There are numerous health solutions to aide in weight loss such as Weight Watchers, Herbalife, Vemma and It Works to name a few but are people taking advantage of what the product really has to offer in its entirety or are these independent distributors store fronts in place for socialization, a way to escape everyday life, to meet the future Mr. or Mrs., or is it used genuinely to successfully achieve the physique one always wished for? …show more content…

/Mrs. Right and achieve the body you always wanted. In the data that was collected Men talked less as opposed to Woman talked more which I wasn’t surprised by; as woman talk more than men or so I thought. Both woman and Men took the regime which included a tea, aloe, and protein shake serious; something I wasn’t shocked about that is because its’ $6.00 per tea/aloe/shake combo at two times a day totaling $12.00 a day for 5 days giving a grand total of $60.00 dollars a week, although it’s very possible to spend 60.00 a week for conversation alone, I would prefer to spend it at a nice steak house.
