The company that I choose to compare and contrast are the Southwest Airline and the T-Mobile. These two companies are from a different industry. The Southwest Airline is from airline industry, but the T-Mobile is from a wireless telecommunications industry. Both company are exist in order to provide services for every people in the United States. Each of the company have its own website that provide a lot of facts and many interesting information about their company. The Southwest Airline website has a booking tab that allow people to quickly booking for a flight, hotel, car, vacation, and many other stuffs that the company provides. It provide a links to the support center which has a lot of tips and tools to fix the problems that their customers may face. Some of the tools that they provide on their website are a troubleshooting and a software update. This is a very good information that customer would be attractive to because I would useful when a problem occur and if they able to fix the problem, they may think that the company really doing well and taking good care of them. Another information that is on the T-Mobile website is a financial performance and stock chart. The employees and investors would link to know about this information because it show the company position in the economy. Their website has a link about job which show an information about the feature of the job and a current opening job. This will be useful for employees and maybe to a customers too, because some customer might want to work with T-Mobile. The T-Mobile also have its advertisements on its own website and on a media such as television and newspapers. Those advertisements that what on the media create a big impact on people because it make people want to come to check it out by looking at their products and may even buy their products.
