Starting Tuesday January 17, 2017 – TODAY - all students must park in the upper student parking lot. This includes late arrival and early dismissal students. We are having to do this because students have taken over the front lot and our visitors do not have anywhere to park. If you are parked in the front parking lot today, talk to Officer Pearson as soon as you can.

When a child starts a new school, they must make new friends and this could make the child feel nervous. 3 MOVING AWAY: This could make the child frustrated since they are being moved away from their favourite place and friends. This could make the child anxious. 4 FRIENDS MOVING AWAY:
From sleeping through an English class, to skipping a history test, because you haven’t touched your textbook all semester. Seniors are so close to moving onto the next step of their life that the things that were so exciting their freshman don't appeal to them. They are ready to experience life outside of high school; whether that's college,
Five out of ten students do not think the school year is going to be easy. The first thing you need to do is get ready for the school year. To get ready for the school year you need to go to open house, find out what supplies, and routine you 're getting. Open house is a place where you can learn you 're teacher 's name. You can also what find out what you need.
Lone Star High School is a location where students can feel secure and have many opportunities to showcase their skills and leadership qualities. Our campus is built upon five figurative pillars; Integrity, Strength, Stewardship, Loyalty and Perseverance. These pillars are what make us the admirable school that we are today. I believe everyone of our students must have these five qualities in order to ensure success now and later on in the future. As a student I believe that for one to have integrity they must show signs of righteous ethical morals.
Ever wonder how many days you could be late on your student loan payment before you are considered in default status. Well, you are considered in default once your payment is 270 days behind. Once this takes place, the lending institution can come after you with the power of the government. The entire balance of the loan will become due. Everyone is heading back to college from winter break (I hope you all enjoyed yourselves) and now it’s time to reunite with your college friends, TURN UP, and most importantly, hit those books. Going back to school can be therapeutic for most, but for some, it can be a sad moment. Regardless of what your scenario may be, this break has definitely helped you realize that there is an obvious difference between high school friends and college friends. As you all may or may not know, I am a current freshman at Lincoln University of Missouri and my first semester of college has been fairly interesting to say the least. I have met a few great people in my four, short months at Lincoln, whom I am happy to call my friends.
I am truly honored to be considered for being a part of The national honor Society. Being a part of this organization has been a goal for me since I first knew about what it was, and how it does great things for the community. I am inspired when I hear the great actions it national honor Society has done and I hope to be a part of this admirable organization. I feel I am qualified to be a part of this organization because of my dedication and hard work. Every day I follow the same routine.
Finding motivation to attend college is easy, keeping the motivation to finish is the difficult part. I decided to enroll in college to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance. I hope that the degree will give me the opportunity to apply for a better position within the organization that I currently work for. A secondary goal of returning to school is to demonstrate to my son that attending college is required for many jobs and that returning to school as an adult has various difficult challenges. I have been working for the past nine years as an Assistant Financial Officer and am highly competent at my job.
Preschool is like a new world when you enter it is very exciting and you make all this new little friends. On the first day of school the kids are going to be a nervous and scared because they are stuck with 26 high school and they don’t really know us. The kids will warm up to us throughout the day and they will be having fun. The kids are not the only ones nervous and scared it could be us to but we know that we will get used to them.
Have you ever felt uncomfortable, nervous, and confused ? These are all the things I felt moving to a new school. I had no idea if I would gain friends or if anyone would like me. Maybe if I had a tour around the new school before my first day I would have not been so disorientated. Going from a one story school to a two story school was hard, having to look down every five seconds to make sure I was on the right hall, or if I was suppose to be upstairs or downstairs.
Topic: Why you should go to college. General Purpose: To Persuade Specific Purpose:
Imagine that you have just graduated high school. You are more full of life, enthusiasm, and energy than you have ever been. Your four years of hard work have finally paid off, and now it is time for the next step. According to your parents, teachers, and just about every other authority figure in your life, college is that step. However, what if that did not have to be so?
"Don 't you as a parent want your child to succeed don 't you want your child to be somebody don 't you want your child to be able to at least support themselves and not just be some bum begging for loose change at a street light". I hope that you take into consideration helping your child to receive great education not just good but great. Schooling will help your child grow as a person, meet various requirements for various jobs, and make a ton of money off of the occupation they choose after they have received their education. With the right schooling and the right requirements and opportunities seized by your child they could even help shape the world as we know it. hopefully for the greater good of the city, nation,or world .
