Speedy Helpers has made it their mission to create a company culture where their staff can consistently feel productive and motivated. This has always been something Speedy Helpers has valued, but this was not considered a key part of their initial objectives. The company focus was placed more on sales, performance and innovation. As they moved forward with this initiative, they began to notice issues within the company culture. We want to build a transparent environment where management and staff is on one accord. The discussions of the incident can help to end any remaining confusion in regard to the issue, and it will allow more open discussion. This not only will help management and staff learn, but it will also help further communication amongst team members, allowing all employees to feel involved in company affairs.
