In the story, St Lucy’s Home for Girls Raised by Wolves, some wolf girls are taken to a school to be human. Some of the girls were able to change and graduate and some didn’t. In the story, Mirabella was slow, destructive, and failed to do her task. Have you ever met a slow person who didn’t try? Well, in this story Mirabella was the slow one. In the story Mirabella never learns to be human. She is considered slow. In the text, on page 243 in paragraph 2 it states, ‘’they knew that Mirabella couldn’t make bread balls, nor could she undo the twist on the bag. Another thing she was sure to eat the birds.’’ At the end of the story on page 249 in the second paragraph the passage says ‘’Mirabella was in a dark corner, wearing a muzzle, and her
