In this piece of personal statement I am going to evaluate the event and my role as a Host and Stage Assistant in its organization, which took place in the Courtyard Theatre in London on the 27 of May. This event was organized by the group of BA students from London Tech Music School. Our cooperative efforts in the organization of event brought good results and were appreciated by the audience.

From my point of view, the concert was really successful. Reflecting from the technical viewpoints, the venue proceeded without any problems: lightning, monitors, visuals etc. everything was at the appropriate level (Brocket 2010).

It was my first experience to present the artists on the stage before such a big audience. As our event was private I tried to speak with the audience like a friend, representing the artists’ uniqueness.
Working with the group (Martin 1997) gave me confidence. I have received the necessary knowledge that I had not had before. I got a great experience in communication with the artists and people who came to our event. As a Stage Assistant I helped to control all the processes on the stage: directing, monitoring and organizing it (Pallin 2003).
The organization in our group was great. Each member was really friendly and supportive. We all helped each other trying to solve the existing problem and to find out the ways how to make the event better (Martin 1997).
It was the time when everyone can express themselves in a more intimate atmosphere than it was in the lecture. It is quite stressful for me to explain everything before the lecturer and our classmates. During the organizational process for the event, it was easier. So, this event gave me the opportunity to get to know people from our group from different sides. I can say - they are good people and
