Leo finally agrees to let Kevin interview Stargirl on "Hot Seat." Kevin asks her, and she agrees. They are really excited for this interview, and plan a month-long advertising campaign to promote her appearance on February 13th. But then a few things happen that get in the way of that plan: In the courtyard of their school, they have a giant plywood bulletin board in the shape of a roadrunner that the students use to post messages.

This Star meant more than just a star. This was their own. Religion, some jews will die for it. Some of the Jewish men went out and one came back and nobody believed him when he came back. He goes to say, "He went from one Jewish house to another, telling the story," but people did not believe him".(4)

Self-confidence. Relaxation. Ease. This is what I gained from STAR and I want to pass these characteristics on as a STAR mentor. Not only did STAR help me with my middle school to high school transition but it also assisted me with my move from Kansas to Hershey.

“Stars and Bars” The confederate flag’s “Stars and Bars” means little to some, heritage for a few, but to others it is a symbol of racism. Confederacy is a part of our country’s history and should be preserved respectably. Recent shootings have brought attention to the Confederate war flag regarding the racist connotation it has towards a percentage of American citizens. When we see the flag flown by individuals we automatically assume that they are racist.
The Astronomical Effects of Remember the Titans “Sometimes life is hard for no reason at all.” Gregory Howard was struggling to get Remember the Titans publicized, making life hard for him just waiting around for someone to say yes. Facing a lot of obstacles that he wanted and needed to overcome. So it is not surprising that Remember the Titans being a sports movie had obstacles that the team had to overcome, it was more surprising that the movie itself had obstacles to face and overcoming just to get the script bought and produced. This could also be a reason people confused the North Star with the dog star. Around 2004 astronomers found a LBV 1806-20, which they believed was the brightest star, this took there mind off of Polaris (North Star) being the brightest star. This star is approximately 5-40 million times as bright as the sun. Astronomers estimated that this star was more than a million times the mass of the sun, but since this star is so bright is will burn out quickly within a million years.
