Poor time management
The most common reason that causes exam pressure is being underprepared; you become unsure about your performance. If any part of the study material is left uncovered, feelings of anxiety is natural. Further, last minute studying also enhances this anxiety factor.
Unhealthy eating and little sleep
When the body is not experiencing a smooth metabolic functioning, like poor dietary habits or lack of sleep, it tends to get overworked and the focuses away from the exams.
Perfectionist tendencies and unrealistic expectations
People often aspire to achieve the goals they set out for themselves, this can have a negative impact as this adds extra pressure on yourself, because people feel if they do not achieve their goal they view themselves as a failure and worthless.
Family or outside pressures

I have also had a physical improvement to my body, because of the more frequent exercise. Both my skin and physique has really helped my physical stressors of appearance as well as my emotional stressors as I feel more confident. Evaluating my day has motivated me to achieve more tasks in a day. I feel proud when I look at what I was able to accomplish throughout the day. Meditating has not benefitted me in the long term but during the period of meditation I feel calm and less stressed and this makes me feel good. Overall my progress was successful and I would recommend this programme for anyone suffering from
