Did you know that employment equality is a law which legislates against prejudice based actions in the workplace? As a minority, I am interested in employment equality even when it comes to applications or interview I went on. Many problems as to equal pay, equal treatment, should not be discriminated because of sexual orientation, does not always practiced in the workplace. The practices discourage women in the sense that as of 1963 women have been paid 53 cents less than men for doing the same job. In job applications, you are asked for your sexual orientation, your ethnicity, and gender.

Lindsay has a bachelor degree in teaching but once she graduated college she got a job as an administrate assistant wasn’t her dream job but it was a job. From the time of 1970-2003, the labor factor explain just that males make more earnings. These two economists John Murphy and Pierce came up with “gender specific factor” where they analysis the difference in men and women qualifications. It a known fact that women are more likely to graduate from high school than men.
Men take on the money-making jobs such as engineering, law, medicine, business. Mainly jobs that are always open to the economy but these jobs are not only male base jobs a woman can pursue the same job. But will be getting paid less, treated unfair, for example, if a woman is an engineer her manager might not let her lift certain things because she a women or task to take on that day will be done by a male because it was too dangerous she may hurt herself.
