There are many ways Americans define the word success in their lives. The Merriam Webster dictionary defined success as, “ favorable or desired outcome; also: the attainment of wealth, favor, or eminence”. This shows that the word success has many different ways it may be defined in our world. Three words that can define the word success is wealth, happiness, and courage. Success is a value of life that many people dream of when entering college. Success is often defined by many by having a lot of wealth in your life. For example, having the expensive cars, a big house, and a high paying job. Seeing the sight of a brand new Ferrari, or a big mansion is defined as being successful. Success can be defined by happiness seen in your life. For example, if you love the feeling of working your dream job, this defines happiness to most.
