Firstly, weight gain is one of the biggest leading causes of insecurities and depression, weight gain leads to health risks with your body such as high blood pressure and negative habits and more. (Sampson, 2019) I am sure that weight gain causes high blood pressure, health risks, negative habits because of the fact that in That Sugar Film by Gameau (2014) Damien gained 2.3kgs in 30 days by eating like an average Australian families weekly sugar intake and the negatives that came with it was his blood sugar was an all time high, his energy levels were down, he slept all day and couldn’t continue with his day and had major health problems.
