Humans can only remember so much at a time, and to remember detailed information for long periods of time writing was discovered. All the documents in this world were written with a mirage to help the people. No matter what the document would say or do in the end someone would have to deal with some consequences. In the end the working class always fought bravely and skillfully, they either found new ways or went behind the government’s way to get what they wanted.

Bismarck’s concern of the socialist up rising was more of a fact than a theory. Socialist were gaining power every year more and more people were standing up for their rights . The significant of this document is the uprising of socialism and communism, the power of united lower class and middle class people. This goes to show in history that enough is enough of the miss treat meant and inequality. People have stood up threw the fears and laws that were set up against them. Gathering of socialist and communist politicians was forbidden under the ninth law . It was a law that made sure no uprising would occur, if he stopped a small gathering there would be no way for everyone to come together as one. Another powerful law passed down was the eleventh law.
