As Robinson mentions in his “Out of Our Minds: Learning to be Creative” book - “Creativity is the greatest gift of human intelligence”. In his book, Mr. Robinson attempts to answer three questions about creativity. Why is it important to benefit creativity? What is the problem? And what can be done about this? He wants to help people understand and acquire their creative abilities. He argues that existing educational systems are considered the main reason why people cannot recognize their creative potential. And he believed that educational policies and academic standards were designed in accordance with social and commercial requirements at some of the different periods. Consequently, these current standards and systems can not subject to complex changes now and in the future. Ken Robinson is a well-known specialist in the field of creativity, innovation and human resources. These impressions enabled him to deepen his main ideas in this book about creativity. He uses many real cases and data to support his ideas and allows this book to be alive and updated. He believes that sometimes education cannot help us show creativity, even destroy our creativity. In addition, to achieve the creative potential of people, it is necessary to improve not only the education system but also organizations must create effective conditions for the development of their own activities and creativity in order to survive in complex competition. Then he gives out some of his proposals for teaching creativity and how to become a creative leader.
