Pickton used to cruise into the city luring and attracting women to his farm under the cover of a registered charity, Piggy Palace Good Times Society, he then offered them money and drugs to women who were prostitutes and drug addicts from Vancouver's Downtown East side. Then drove them to the farm in Port Coquitlam.
Robert Latimer was convicted for murdering his 12 year old daughter, Tracy Latimer. Tracy had cerebral palsy that lead to severe mental and physical disabilities causing seizures. He was born on October 24, 1949, in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. From 1997 to 2002, Pickton carried out a killing spree in which he admitted to killing 49 people. However, He was only convicted for the murder of six women and charged with an additional 20 victims; 23 are unaccounted for. In addition, the typical profile of his victims were sex workers and drug addicts from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside neighborhood.

After the depression phase has taken place all the phases will repeat once again if the murderer is not caught before they can get to the next phase. However, in the ‘The Landlady” by Roald Dahl, the killer landlady was not caught and these steps were repeated and unfortunately, Billy was her next victim.
