Abstract:
The physical and mental healthiness of students and teachers is influenced by the excellence of the physical location, which makes developing safe and vigorous buildings indispensable. With respect to higher education students, university amenities affect their health, performance, commitment, learning, and growth in accomplishment. We can never expect students to perform at high levels in school buildings of low level. It is understood that hygienic, quiet, safe, contented, and vigorous atmospheres are an important factor of effective teaching and learning.

Library facilities
No matter how great a role the internet has come to play, we are still a long way off the point at which having a well stocked library will not be absolutely essential.
These are the places where many students will do the vast majority of their actual learning, where they will learn to work independently and develop a passion for their subject.
A good university, therefore, must invest in its library – if it has invested US$100 per student over the past year, maximum points will be awarded. Another route to maximum points is to have added one new library catalogue entry per student. [4] This paper aims to explore the influence of higher education institution (HEI) facilities on overall student satisfaction, and to identify the distinct facilities that most strongly influence student overall satisfaction with HEI facilities. The factor that most strongly influences student satisfaction with university facilities is the quality of its social areas, auditoriums and libraries. Conversely, it is determined that computer access on campus does not influence student satisfaction. [5]
