• Instant Delivery Services prides itself in delivering in time quality goods that are pocket-friendly in a bid to establish customer loyalty.
• The company uses the latest technology in its operations, such as mobile apps to reach out to customers and provide feedback.
• The customer service at the company is exemplary because the company believes that it is only through word of mouth that they would be able to penetrate the food delivery market. Because of this, they rely on loyal customers to spread their positive experience of the good service that they receive from the company to others. therefore the company’s main goal to ensure that their customers get a state of the art services, this will be achieved through, training our staff about service attitude, how to handle consumer complaint and customer perception. Besides, the owner will conduct periodic staff meetings in a bid to reviews on customer policy, keep the line of chain of communication between management and staff intact, and lastly, increase customer satisfaction. For instance, all the customers’ concerns will be noted by the staff and forwarded to the top management.
6.3.1 Sales Projections
Instant Food Delivery Services projects that sales revenue will increase steadily over a period of five years, as shown (Table 3.)
6.3.2 Exit Strategy
The owner will sell off his shares through a private acquisition or public floating of shares, to the Stoke market. Alternatively, he will decide to close business and sell off company assets such, delivery vehicles, kitchen equipment, and furniture through an auction.
7.0 Operations Plan
IFDS plans to operate in two categories, i.e. B2B and B2C. Under B2B (Business to Business), the company seeks to form a personal relationship with the customers in this case suppliers. On the other hand, B2C (Business to Customer), the business has to out into consideration the customers’ needs in order to keep them happy and loyal.

Therefore, it is important to take a keen note when transacting with the customers online to make the process easily understood and convenient to the users. The customers are less concerned with who we fulfill their orders as long as they get what they order on time. Given we delivering thousands of orders each day, it is imperative to take keen note on what the customers are saying through their feedback and adjusting accordingly to ensure that they stay loyal and happy.
