Iberia Airlines
For this assignment, we have chosen Iberia Airlines. Iberia is a Spanish airline founded in 1927. After being a public company for almost its whole existence, in 2001 it became a private company because of the economic crisis. In 2010 Iberia merged with British Airways and from that moment they began to be one of the most important companies in the sector. It flies to 108 destinations in 42 countries (Iberia, 2015).
Mission
The mission of Iberia goes as follows:
‘’Iberia’s mission is to offer air transport, airport and MRO services that come up to our customers’ expectations and create sustainable economic and social value’’ (Iberia CR report, 2014).

The vision of Iberia goes as follows:
