SWOT ANALYSIS OF CCK FRESH MART This section discuss about the SWOT analysis of CCK Fresh Mart, which is an overall evaluation of the fresh mart strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T) (Kolter & Armstrong, 2012). While according to Harold and Heinz (1995), SWOT analysis is an analysis of the external environment and internal environment. STRENGTHS (S) Strengths is an internal capabilities that help CCK Fresh Mart to reach its objective. Product Quality High quality of CCK products is one of the stronger points of the CCK Fresh Mart in maintaining existing customers and attract new customers. CCK Fresh Mart is competent to treat about 4,000 birds per hour and up to approximately 25,000 birds per day with state of the art breeding farm technologies, computer controlled hatching chambers and automated abattoir. It also involved in prawn agriculture and prawn processing for export. CCK Fresh Mart aquaculture farms cover an expanse of over 200 acres and there are approximately 45 ponds in operation using the latest farming technologies and probiotics to ensure environmentally friendly. The company also has the capability to produce prawns that have been approved according to the strictest quality standards and are exported globally to Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia (CCKfreshmart, Company Background, 2015).
