The best leader in my career has been David Hart. He has shown a great concern for others and his ability to lead by example. A leader’s ability to get everyone in the organization moving in one direction is essential for a successful company. The aptitude to have a vision creates inspiration for others to follow and reach the leader’s vision. David Hart exhibits this characteristic of a good leader. Having a sense of purpose is the first requirement for a leader (Manning & Curtis, 2015). His capability to have concern for others creates an environment of helping others to succeed.
