Atkins diet.
The Atkins Diet is known for its effectiveness in lowering the level of insulin in dieters’ bodies.
The Atkins Diet was elaborated by Dr. Robert Atkins a famous Cardiologist. Dr. Atkins was following this diet by himself, and later prescribed it to his patients in his medical treatments.
Furthermore, Dr. Atkins wrote his first book to exhibit his revolutionary diet to the world Dr.
Atkins' Diet Revolution in 1972. In this book, dedicated for dieters Dr. Atkins placed emphasis on low Carbohydrates and Insulin Control. This formula will be further the main aim of the Atkins
Diet. In the Atkins diet, the promise is that you can lose weight while you eat a diet rich in protein and fat, and very low in carbs, and you shouldn’t feel hungry or deprived. Today's Atkins focuses more on lean proteins, healthy fats, and high-fiber vegetables as part of the plans and millions of people have lost weight on Atkins.
