I watched The Taming of the Shrew on August seventh at home, after borrowing a copy from the local library. This play is a romantic comedy. It follows the protagonists Katherine and Petruchio as they struggle to amend their relationship. Petruchio wants to tame his wife so she may become an ideal woman of their era. This was a dramatic scene that holds a great importance to the entirety of the novel because, it was at this time Petruchio decided he would have to tame
