Milio’s™ tries to capture your attention with their clever signs and sayings. Such as their slogan that I used for my title. It got your attention, right? Well anyway, besides that point, while analyzing this ad, one can determine the ad’s purpose, assumptions made by the advertisers, and the consequences of the ad. First of all, the purpose of this ad is to try and get consumers to purchase their sandwiches. They do a clever way to advertise their sandwiches by making the reader assume the person on the front page is having a bad day but with the help of a Milio’s™ sandwich, their day will quickly become better. They also use a variety of people to display the ad so it may relate to everyone. Milio’s™ is targeting everyone to buy their sandwiches. The mood of the ad makes the consumer feel bad about the person on the ad but then when they get a sandwich, everything’s okay. …show more content…

The ad is gender free, which means that they don’t favor one over the other. Milio’s™ uses men, women, and children to display their ad. They also contain different races. The slogan goes “you deserve a decent sandwich” and they meant it. Everyone, no matter who the consumer is, deserves a decent sandwich. In addition to that note, they use a variety of different races to really capture the idea that truly anyone deserves a sandwich. Milio’s™ also doesn’t care about the wealth of the person on their ad. The consumer wouldn’t be able to tell if one is wealthy or not just by observing the
