The 1920s, also known as the roaring 20s, can be identified as an era of social revolution. Even though the actions of the decade aided in shaping modern beliefs and ideas, not all proposals were openly welcomed. The United States became socially divided as new issues, including urbanization and modifications traditional values, presented themselves.
