In addition, creating a school routine and schedule help the high school students to set their goals towards achieving their role after school. The program suggest why the high school students have hard time to understand as well as listening given that they have diverse goals and aspirations for their day. For the purpose of our project, this will be carried out in two stages. The first stage will be done through online research of all the available data aligned to culture, performance, student population, student needs, academic programing, budgeting, community, identified challenges, facilities, district goals, STEAM/STEM programming and relevant needs. That data will be use to inform our understanding of current educational programming, and the initial school plan will be developed identifying the unique programming that will be specific to the 30901 Charter. This committee was necessary as our schools have gone through rapid growth in a world that is constantly changing. I was asked to join as a student member of this committee, and jumped on board without hesitation, remembering all the good that the schools had done for me. As a student member of this committee, I worked with teachers and administration across the school district, parents of kids in the district, and community leaders in both Sartell and St. Stephen to come up with a common vision for the future of our schools and a blueprint to lead us there. As we met through the rest of that school year, we came up with the common goal of meeting the mission statement of the Sartell Schools, which is to “Inspire the entire community to develop well-rounded citizens capable of becoming successful and contributing members of society by providing outstanding instruction in a caring and
In September, the Questar III Board of Education adopted a policy to begin a program assessment and evaluation process for the BOCES. It is important to consistently and continually review our programs and services to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our students and districts, but also to ensure that we offer those services and products at the lowest cost. Our staff is fulfilling needs that we, nor our districts, could have anticipated years ago. After all, changing conditions have created changing needs. Because of this, we cannot assume that current delivery models are sustainable or even appropriate.
Whoville Middle School is in need of a vision. I would further investigate the needs of the school to ensure that all of the needs are identified. A needs assessment plan will be used to provide important information concerning the strengths and weaknesses of the school. I would collaborate with the teachers and parents of the community to develop a vision that would best improve the school. I have to be aware of the demographics of the school in means of diversity and diverse educational needs.

It becomes the blueprint for the student’s education for the current school year.” I think looking at the IEP in this light is so incredibly important. If teachers and parents understand that it is both the “blueprint” and an accountability tool, the IEP will be more effective and meaningful. Every student deserves to have the best possible education, and the IEP helps to ensure that this happens among students with disabilities.
Some strategies will include: all IEPs will be written at least a week prior to the due dates, Teachers will be given feedback on the quality of IEP, I will write IEPS with teachers and model for them; • To ensure IEPs reflect students’ academic and social emotional needs and the plan to meet these needs, The SIT team members and I will review IEPS regularly • General education teachers will be trained in navigating SESIS system and writing SMART Annual Goals for students with disabilities • MVHS SpEd Team will meet on a regular basis to discuss how we can serve our SpEd students best, and research and identify strategies to do
Personal Action Plan Strategizing ways to modify an existing curriculum in higher education means making moves to address future trends and challenges and aligning processes and principles that best balance the needs, assessments, and instructions for students. This is especially true as institutions are faced at looking at remediation courses for students entering into college because of the lack of preparedness for college courses. Achieving readiness means school leaders work together with their stakeholders to determine educational gains, skills, and practices. Leaders need to understand the process of review and revision in order to collaboratively communicate the importance of an effective education curriculum. Strategies for Implementation
