I have read chapter 3, and 4 of the book of Acts as one of the powerful chapter in the bible where Peter and John shown the strengths of God power to us. Peter and John are taking a stroll through the temple in Jerusalem when they see a man who can 't walk for forty years of age. The poor guy was begging for money at beautiful gates as it’s known to the bible reader today. Peter did not have money to give him to fulfill his need, but told the man to look at him and the beggar did that as he was told. Peter told him he doesn 't have any money for him, Instead he does bring some pretty cool miracles in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He grabs the man 's hand and pulls him up. Crazily enough, the paralysis man started jumping, walking, shouting, and praising God all over the temple. So, the temple goers see the guy and realize he 's been healed and they were much pretty wonder how amazing things happen when one believer in Christ. Peter tells they onlookers there’s no need to be so surprised. The same God that they worship in the temple brought Jesus into the world. The apostles now can perform miracles in his name. The next day, the religious leaders and they authorities gather to question Peter and John. They want to know exactly how Peter and John healed the man who couldn 't walk. At this point I believe Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit and goes off on another long defense of Christ. First of all, what they did was a good deed (not a crime). Second of all, they did it by the power of Jesus Christ. Jesus was like a piece of stone that these guys said couldn 't go into their holy building, but now he 's become the cornerstone for the whole project. He’s a pretty big deal now when everybody is talking about him, and concern. Now the religious authorities are between a rock and a hard place. They know that Peter and John were with Jesus from the
