Alternatives
After examining this case study, some of the alternatives to this study will be Lisa will have to fight for herself by standing up and letting the rest of the team members in the Company knows about her situation between her, her boss and colleagues so they can understand she have been trying hard to get involved with projects and other task that her boss is assigned for her to complete.

Alternative 1
One of the first alternative will be to have a meeting with her boss and expressed her feeling on how she have been treated since she started the company and find ways to resolved the issues between her and her boss and the rest of the team she work with in her department in Houseworld company. Honesty is the best medicine to a better relationship with one another.
