The Drowsy Chaperone was a very flashy musical about a lonely man who shares a record of a play called The Drowsy Chaperone. This play was about the marriage of Janet Van De Graaff and Robert Martin and the little twist and turns that happen all before the ceremony. Some notable characters were Man in Chair played by Matthew Bratko and The Drowsy Chaperone played by Sami Gresham. The remarkable acting of these characters further enhanced the extravagance of the production. When the production first begins, Man in Chair is the first character the audience is introduced to.
