Title: The elusive sport It is easy to get your hands free by pushing Sports into the category of ‘Entertainment’ or in some cases along with ‘Entertainment’ (‘Sports and Entertainment’ is a common reference). This reference belittles the impact that sports have in the lives of many individuals. It might not help you earn beard (for those who are not pros or aspiring pros) but it means something more than just an activity that you take or talk during your free time. It pretty much invades your work time, party time, and family time and for some their sleep time too. 2016 will be a year that I am planning to follow more and more sports (if not more sports, more games from a few sports). It is already a brilliant start for me. The sport that I follow the most, cricket, witnessed some of the finest performances you have seen in the years. The test match between England and South Africa in Capetown might be leading to only one possible result but the stories that would be told of this match would be many more. Second half of the previous year had been a phase of transformation for English cricket. They were criticized immensely for their poor performances in the World Cup but then during the second half, they won the Ashes, they beat Pakistan in Pakistan and now they are already 1-0 up in the series against South Africa in South Africa. On the other side, South Africa ranked No. 1 going to 2015 emerged as the team with poorest performance in the year. They lost to India, drew against Bangladesh and now struggling against England.
