Leaders in the sports world can influence millions. Leaders in the sports world are people that others look up too. They are people who are known for what they do because they are good at it, and they have the respect of others because of their impact on and off the field/court. The world today revolves around sports in so many aspects, and the PowerPoint I have created, shows the athletes that are known as the greatest leaders to the sports world today.
Leaders in the sports world are the people every athlete and teammate look up to and strive to be. All of the people in my class were able to recognize my theme because these athletes are people everyone today knows because of their great, historical moments they have had throughout their careers. Mackenzie Gallop looked at my slides and said, “Well I know who Tim Tebow is because he got in trouble for kneeling on the field because it resembled God.” She knew this specific athlete because his actions related to something in her life which caused her to recognize his actions. This is a great example of why I created my PowerPoint with athletes because Mackenzie doesn’t play sports and I’m almost positive she doesn’t even like them, but she knew Tebow because he was a leader not just in sports, but also through his faith which caused others to be influenced by him by something other than just the sport he played. Luke Flippo was able to recognize my theme the easiest out of the whole class. Luke clicked on the first slide and saw Peyton Manning and said, “Well off of this slide specifically, it’s obviously Peyton Manning and he is one of, if not the best, quarterback that has ever lived and is also the quarterback which is the leader of the team, so I’m guessing your theme is leadership.” He knew Peyton Manning because he was the quarterback for a very long time in the NFL and was known by just about everyone for being a leader and
