Why should Plastic surgeries have rules
The ratio of men especially in Arab world, who are looking to do plastic surgery, has raised from five percent to twenty-five percent of the entire number of people who are doing plastic surgery (Fatahova, 2012). There has been much discussion about plastic surgery, and whether people should be allowed to do any cosmetic surgery they want, or there should be rules for that. People who support cosmetic surgery think that it raise the confidence in people, and make them feel satisfied with themselves. Also, they think people should be free about doing anything they want in themselves. That means nobody should decide whether they need to do the plastic surgery or not. These are the most important aspects in every one’s life, and if officials will let people decide whether to do the plastic surgery or not in all cases. Of course, many people’s life and particularly teenagers will be affected in a negative way. It is important to put strict laws for doing cosmetic surgery, and people have to understand the real concept behind cosmetic surgery. Because of cosmetic surgeries dangers, it should be for people who really need it. For instance, someone who had an accident, and his nose was broken. In this case, he needs to do cosmetic surgery in order to have the old form, or if the accident made for him breathing problems it may be solved by the cosmetic surgery. All people need to accept themselves as they are, and stop thinking that they are not good enough. Having self-respect and good self-image is all in our mind. Plastic surgeries will change nothing if we did not accept ourselves first.
