The Listening and Following Directions quiz was a three minute quiz. It tested whether people actually read directions on the tasks that were given. This task helped me realize that I needed to focus what is being written in the beginning of the task instead of just skipping ahead trying to get the assignment done.
The Research Exam Help Sheet was a paper that we were able to use on the M.L.A. Format exam. This allowed me to have a quick reference of the information that I learned from the slides to help me remember what was on the test.

Seeing a visual such as pictures, graphs, and videos allows me to picture the information. This helps me when I take test because I remember the physical image. I can differentiate a topic by an image instead of my notes that are written on a paper. During an assessment that requires me to write down the steps that go into creating that assignment doing it hands on helps me remember the steps. Physically doing the assignment allows me to picture myself doing each step. The M.L.A. Powerpoint task best matches my style of learning. The powerpoint had visuals on how to put articles, books, videos and movies in the M.L.A. format. To get a better understanding on how to use the format, each student in the class choose an article of their own and put it in M.L.A. Format. This was the perfect task for my learning style.
For cycle two, my goal is to hand in all my assignments on time. I would always forget to do my assignments and have to hand it in late. I will write my homework down my homework in my agenda book so, I can remember to complete all my tasks given. Another goal I have for cycle two is to bring my grade up so that it is passing. My grades had its ups and downs but towards the end of the marking period, it ended with a good grade. Some roller coasters have loops so I would describe that as me retaking tests that I have gotten a bad grade on. Other roller coasters have big drops and in the beginning of the cycle my grade dropped drastically. I was having trouble getting used to my new classes and when it dropped I have been trying to bring the average up ever since. For the rest of the cycle, I hope that it is as smooth as the end of a roller
