Seal of Honor tells the story of Lieutenant Murphy 's life and how he came to be the man that Marcus Luttrell, the sole survivor of the mission, called "the best officer I ever knew, an iron-souled warrior of colossal, almost unbelievable courage in the face of the enemy. There is still genocide of the Rohingya people because according to the U.N. Official one thousand Rohingya men and women died by the Myanmar military forces in current times. Myanmar has a corrupted government in which we are going to learn more about. Refugees have spoken of massacres in villages, where they say the soldiers raided and burned their homes.

Choosing what is right over what is fun, fast or easy, and choosing to practice our values rather than simply professing them. Given the real definition of integrity, we recognize that it is actually extremely difficult to be in integrity 100% of the time. We aspire to be in integrity with what we believe but sometimes, we mess up. Sometimes, our emotions get the best of us and we are unable to manage our behavior and actions.
As leaders, it is important to communicate our priorities and values so that every Soldier knows what is expected.
