After not being able to get in Pakistan they met some friends, two people, an adult girl and boy and a girl. They found a way to get into Pakistan but it is around 7 miles. The woman said that they can tag along like it states in the memoir Farah Ahmedi it says”…he would come back for his family. “You can go with us,” the woman said.” The woman said that she and her mom can go with them on the 7 mile walk when her husband comes back. Farah and her mom are glad that they can finally go and get safety. If it wasn't for the friends that helped them Farah and her mom would of had to hope that in some way the can get to safety. The group has to move 7 miles to the area to sneak into Pakistan and where they are going is a robber escape that didn’t get shut down. The group is making progress but Farah is doing ten times better and she is not giving up to the the point the little girl with two working legs can’t catch up like it says in the memoir, Farah Ahmedi it states”Perhaps desperation gave me energy and made me forget the rigor of the climb. Salva and his uncle are walking with a group of people and his uncle is the leader of the group. The uncle told the group of people that all of them should rest and just chill. But out of nowhere another group attacks Salva’s group and ends up killing his uncle. Now that his uncle is dead the group dose not know what to do they can really only walk and hope they find freedom.they star to walk but something in Salva his Determination grew and was walking better and better like how it says in the book, A Long Walk to water it states.”Despite the numbness in his heart, Salva was amazed to find himself walking faster and more boldly than he
